Restaurant: Pastabilities What we…

Restaurant: Pastabilities What we ordered: Bread and hot tomato oil, penne alla vodka with scallops, wicky-wicky meatball riggies Taste: 9.5/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Value: 7/10 Overall: 9/10 Comments: one of the best parts of visiting my sister in Syracuse is going to Pastabilities. They are known for their hot tomato oil and it’s easy to see why – 5 of us killed off two bowls in just a few minutes. It’s so flavorful and has just the right amount of spice. We always make sure to buy a jar before we leave. Northern New York is also known for wicky-wicky chicken riggies (we subbed the chicken for a meatball) which is rigatoni with spicy marinara sauce. Half of the ratephilly pair isn’t a huge fan of Italian, but absolutely loves this dish and this restaurant (so it must be good). The only catch is that it’s always full, so plan on having to wait for your table. But we promise it’s worth it. Now that my sister has graduated, we’ll have to take special trips to Syracuse just for Pastabilities!
